Privacy Architecture.

Effective Date — March 7, 2026

Philosophy

At Bayu Atlas, privacy is not a compliance afterthought; it is a foundational design principle. This document outlines the technical and legal frameworks governing data on this platform. We believe in absolute transparency and user sovereignty.

Telemetry

By default, this platform observes a strict "zero-telemetry" posture. We utilize tracking tools to observe performance and engagement, but these scripts are physically blocked from loading unless you explicitly grant permission.

If you opt-in via our Privacy Preference Center, we utilize Google Analytics for traffic analysis and Microsoft Clarity for visual journey mapping. You maintain absolute control and may revoke this access at any time.

The Discourse

When you engage with the Journal or Pursuits via the "Notes" function, you voluntarily submit a name and your commentary. This data is collected solely to foster public discourse. It is never aggregated for marketing profiles nor sold to data brokers.

Infrastructure

To deliver a high-performance experience, we route traffic and store data through enterprise-grade infrastructure. Our edge network delivery is provided by Cloudflare. Our headless database and administrative security are managed by Supabase. These processors handle data strictly in accordance with international cryptographic and privacy standards.

Your Rights

In alignment with global privacy frameworks (including GDPR and CCPA), you retain the right to request access to, modification of, or complete deletion of any voluntary data (such as published notes) associated with your identity.
