I am an HR professional. My work covers people, process, and the legal side of running an organisation, though I am not a lawyer. I have done it in oil, waste, manufacturing, and advertising, in Indonesia and Japan.

Bayu Atlas bridges the gap between rigid systems and fluid intuition. From people analytics to cultural observation, I explore how ideas drift across borders—disciplines, geographies, and perspectives.
